Committed to real community impact and positive change
As a certified Australian social enterprise, we proudly operate with a strong and genuine focus on positive economic and social change.
Our KADYN apprenticeships and youth mentoring program provides highly valuable opportunities for young men and women, often from disadvantaged and challenging backgrounds, to gain full-time employment and hands-on experience, whilst also developing practical skills, knowledge, qualifications and future career paths.
Our social purpose is to provide young Australians in distress with foundational life skills, sustained employment opportunities and connection with community, ensuring a growing number of role models for future generations.
Apprentices participate in regular physical and mental health and wellness sessions, personal development initiatives and community service work, all under the professional guidance and support of our highly passionate and qualified KADYN staff and mentors.
We are passionate about making positive contributions each and every day within the communities that we live and work. We are proactively working together to create a better world and a brighter future for all.
We’ve proudly partnered with OAK Services Group, as joint founders of GOODWORX – a proactive Youth Development Program, providing aspiring young people with valuable hands-on experiences, education, and future career path opportunities, in construction and related industries.
Our significant investment and commitment in GOODWORX is another way that we can continue to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
